Mealpack provides meal-planning tools, recipes, grocery lists, and estimated nutrition information for personal use. It is not medical, dietary, allergy, or professional nutrition advice. You remain responsible for checking ingredient labels, preventing cross-contamination, and deciding what is safe for your household.

Subscription

Mealpack Plus is billed monthly in U.S. dollars through Stripe. You can manage or cancel renewal from the Billing portal. Cancellation changes access according to the subscription period shown there. Refund requests are assessed case by case; contact Support before disputing a charge so we can help.

Estimates and availability

Recipe, nutrition, ingredient quantity, and timing information are estimates. Generated recipes may be unavailable, unsuitable, or incomplete for your circumstances. Do not rely on Mealpack for medical nutrition decisions or allergen safety without independently checking ingredients.

Account and acceptable use

Keep your account secure and do not use the service to abuse, probe, or disrupt it. We may suspend access to protect the service, users, or payment systems. You can permanently delete your account from Preferences.
